Processing & Shipping

Made-to-Order Oils
All ritual oils require a preparation period. Standard processing time is 3–4 weeks, which includes an initial dedicated preparation week before shipment.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to ship, depending on batching and preparation timelines.

Ready-to-Ship Items
If you purchase an item that is already prepared and marked ready to ship, it will be mailed within 7–10 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Due to the spiritual and ritual nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only accept exchanges if:

The bottle arrives damaged
The bottle is not completely filled upon arrival

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.

If your item arrives full and undamaged, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
